All designs, code, and materials created remain the property of Hekobyte until full payment is received. Ownership may be transferred upon final payment if agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, required content, and timely feedback. Delays from the client side may impact delivery timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Hekobyte is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services in case of non-payment, misuse, or violation of terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable jurisdictions within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
